Holy Cross celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee 2022
02/06/2022The children and staff had a fantastic day celebrating a piece of history. They celebrated the Queen’s 70 years as our monarch. We mixed the children up so there were children from each class in each group and they worked together to take part in Jubilee activities, had a street party lunch on the playground, sang the National Anthem, prayed for the Queen, had Jubilee cake and listened to the Queen’s favourite hymn during our whole school photo. Congratulations to Her Majesty!
