11.3.22 WALT: use mathematical vocabulary to describe 3D shapes

13/03/2022

In today’s lesson, we worked with a partner to use the correct vocabulary to describe 3D shapes; vertices, edges, faces, rectangular, circular, curved. Our partner had to guess the name of the 3D shape but could not look at it unless they had made a guess. The children did really well and became really confident using the correct language. Well done, Miss Duong.

Have a look at the fun we had when Mr McAlpine came to play the bagpipes for us. Also enjoy watching how well we did learning Scottish dancing in one afternoon!
